We know that you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 (the coronavirus) being reported in the media and how it may impact you or your loved one. Ensuring residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our greatest concern. We are in constant contact with and closely following the recommendations of the Department of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and American Health Care Association (ACHA). At this time with confirmed COVID-19 so close to home we are restricting all visitation to the building.

We need your help in battling COVID-19. The implementation of no visitation is not going to be easy on you or your loved one. We are increasing our recreational activities in the facility and will continue to monitor the psychosocial wellbeing of our residents. We are committed to doing everything we can to keep you in touch with family as we understand that connecting with family members is incredibly important. There are a variety of other ways you might consider connecting with them.

Utilize the telephone, email, text, or through Skype or Facebook.

Call and request that a call, either traditional or video be arranged to talk to your loved one.

Provide us with your email address so that we can send you periodic updates. We thank you for your understanding.
